To get a preview of how our event tool works, you are encouraged to experience our Live2Event platform!
Follow the steps below:
1. Go to www.live2event.com
2. Enter the passcode “SAMPLE” to gain access.
Creating an Event
A default event will be created upon account setup.
1. To load and edit event, mouse-over the event box and click on the ‘Load’ button.
2. Navigate through the left-menu to edit event details accordingly.
- Overview – Overview of event including agenda and session types
- Setup – Edit event details
- Speakers – Add speakers profile
- Attendees – View Attendees
- Run – Run the event in admin/moderator/projector panels
- Insights – View event insights
- Advanced – View advanced settings
- Branding – Upload company logo and banner
- Promotion Ad – Upload Ad banners
What You Need
1 x Projector Screen
– To display projector panel
1 x Laptop
– To control projector panel
2 x Tablets
– 1 for admin panel to filter questions
– 1 for moderator panel, used by speaker
